This house features a number of important features that make it very energy efficient, which reduces fuel costs and makes for a more comfortable house. The house also features radiant floor heat which is tied to the domestic hot water heaters via a heat exchanger. This results in very comfortable heat even on the coldest winter days. The house also has a 2007 high efficiency pellet stove which heats much of the home very well and provides quick heat on chilly mornings. A basement wood furnace can also function as backup heat if the power ever goes out for a long period of time.
