I am dedicated to the real estate profession and have twenty-four years of experience in Wallowa County. Through personal experience and ongoing education, I am qualified to represent your interests in real estate transactions. Husband, Dick and I run a cattle operation. We have five children, seven grandchildren, and understand very well the importance of living and raising children in a clean, rural environment like the Wallowa Valley.

Jan Boucher’s dedication to the real estate profession spans over 24 years  in Wallowa County.   Her first training was with Century 21 and later with Coldwell Banker.   She joined the Wallowa Mountain Properties team in 1999  and recognizes the advantages of networking with other well trained, well informed  brokers and support staff in her office.

She enjoys meeting and working with clients and takes that responsibility seriously as she guides them through the process of buying and selling.   Through personal experience and ongoing education she is qualified to represent your interests in any real estate transaction.

Her other careers have been in banking, insurance, chamber of commerce and public schools. Her husband, Dick is a retired Vocational Ag.Teacher and together they run a cattle and hay operation at their ranch near Enterprise 

Along with a busy office schedule, she  still manages to pursue her passion for her family, gardening, cooking, creative writing, art, antiques and travel. 

Jan was born in McMinnville, Oregon and also lived in Carlton, Yamhill, and Cove Orchard before moving to a farm in Wallowa County in 1974.  With five grown children and seven grand children, Jan understands the importance of living and raising a family in a clean, rural environment.
